Want sincere advice from building experts on how how a civil servant with a monthly salary of 100k can build his own haus. And secondly I want to know how many blocks can build a modest 3bedroom with 2toilets and. Den how much it cost to roof such a house. Plsss I need to sincere advicce from pple who have built their own houses too. D budger shouldn't be scary plsssss. Tnks

OP, you have the land already? That will be a start. Then hopefully your salary imcreases over few years with each promotion and the likes, then its very much possible.

Yes you can, if only you have a wife that is working, you guys can combine money and build a house.

You can build a house with that earnings. Simply by a cheap dry land you can afford, start buying blocks (bit by bit - say 20 blocks at a time) with the maximum you can spare. once it is plenty enuff for foundation, then save up to do the foundation for a bungalow. Try to complete a room and move in (no need to paint, just plaster it if you can). Then complete the second room and third room (depending on how big you want). Then from there complete parlour and roof everything. You may have further questions as to how you can be roofing it room by room.
This is the method some vulcanisers, bricklayers,mechanics and other artisans built their own house.

Some people that are forming big boy today are tenants whilst the artisans telling them 'yes sir, yes sir' are landlord (irrespective of the location of their homes).
