Well i accepted the offer of admission with jamb number1, did my first yr and wrote another jamb the next yr with jamb number2, got a new course in same school and discontinued with my first course. My jamb number1 is still valid and displays my first course in same school while jamb number2 with which i did my 2nd course which i graduated with displays 'no admission offered'. So thats the issue.

Ask them if there was a space for jamb reg no on d registration page?
If yes, was there any problem after they entered d jamb no?

Well i called two friends and they maintained there was no cause for alarm but am getting conflicting stories from some other peeps. I dont want to start running helter-skelter when registration starts. I do hope for a seamless registration though.
