that's exactly what I said in a post I made earlier. The supreme court contradicted itself. It ruled sometime in October that the tribunal was OK to be moved to Abuja due to violence in the elections. And that it went ahead to uphold the same election? Laughable. The supreme court was bought. Let every man's consceience be his judge.

What was pmb chief of staff doing in court yesterday other than trying to give order from above?
The supreme Court judges just proved to pmb that we are no longer under military regime! He can't just.give such dirty orders and expect them to bow at his feet!
Gej never interfered with the judiciary hence folks like ameachi were able to complete their term. If it were to be pmb, he would have influenced the judges to remove him!

Baba knows that it will be easier for a camel to pass through the eyes of a needle than for APC to win election in Rivers state,that is why the verdict was allowed to favour PDP because it will amount to waste of state resources,had it been APC won the election in Bayelsa this verdict that was given to favour PDP will be a mirage.

ifayea, the supreme Court justices cannot be cowed by the executive. They are at the apex of their career and they represent the apex and peak of the judicial arm of the government so they can never been influenced or bought over unlike the appeal court justices that are still looking for promotion.

Lastly, the violence dat occurred during the elections was carried out by BOTH parties. And as such, members of both parties suffered casualties.

that's a lie. The supreme court clearly stated that it was affirming the decision of the justice of the appeal court to shift sitting to Abuja because of the violence recorded at that time. Don't even attempt to twist facts here. Secondly no one is talking about which party did what or didn't do what! Fact is, there was violence and a credible election wouldn't happen in an atmosphere of violence. Very simple logic.
