Nonetheless, in addition to what Kbs468 and LogoDWhiz have said and assuming the school refuses to do anything to deliberately effect the correction, I Suggest you stick to the one that has the correct ordering of your name - from surname to Firstname and thereafter, middle name.
Your school and NYSC will take care of the Unnecessary repetition.

My surname is O. First name is T.
Then when my name was uploaded, T was put as surname and O as First name.
I went to complain at my School's DSA and it was changed.
Would I still expect to see the T as surname?

Should I be concerned that the T was changed to O, the original surname?

You get the explanation?

AAU, Ekpoma has uploaded their senate verifiedl list. If you haven't seen your name online on NYSC website, It means:
1. Your dept didn't send your name
2. Your name is on the error list.
The only way to figure out the category you fall into is to get to Ekpoma & locate the General notice board on campus & check for your name on the error list pasted. Then you can proceed to the DSA's office whether your name is on the error list or not.
Pls, go with a photocopy of your Jamb print out. Once, there the exactly cause of you not seeing your name will be sorted out & if it is just a problem with your name or Jamb reg number, it will be fixed. Most errors were due to jamb swapping Last name for 1st name & vice versa.
For PCM whose admission dated 2004 below especially those from college of medicine, Jamb couldn't recognize their Reg number because computerization started from 2005. Therefore, they will need to revalidate or apply for a new Jamb reg number so that they can be mobilized with it. This will cost them about 7k. Mind you, March batch can no longer be possible for such PCM. Batch B (june) it is.
