So in your mind, a man that wanted to solely fight corruption with the aid of technology whilst declaring on national TV that stealing ain't corruption was the right man?

A man that we now know actively engaged in looting the treasury for his selfish 2nd term agenda was the right man?

Just listen to yourself, just because he was schemed out in '03,'07 or whatever doesn't make him the wrong choice. Nigeria faced different challenges during the periods in question and if anything this is the right time for him to climb the mantle.

I will be more than satisfied if all he could do during his presidency is fight the cancerous corruption to the bare minimum.

That in fact is the biggest threat to our development as a nation
@emboldened
Buhari was schemed out in 2003 and 2007? Really? CPC won a state outside the north abi?

you are the rather foolish one don't you think? You obviously have no idea how a democracy works. Every individual has the rights to support and vote for any candidate they like but once elections are over, every citizen has the right to demand good governance from who so ever wins, weather it was their preferred candidate or not. So you make no sense by implying that only those who voted Buhari have the right to expect from him or hold him accountable for his actions/in-actions
actually, ur post sound daft.
We know those who sincerely are demanding for good governance despite not voting him and those fools who are yet to recover from the loss of the drunkard that will never see anything good from a man they hated from day 1. ur inability to dinstinguish between these two suggest to me that u lack sense.

The floating cities jonah-daft promised us down here in SS, what happened to it?
Your ilk voted a northerner over our own, expecting him to choose the SS over the north, you must live in a parallel universe.

If u didn't vote him or believe his campaign, how are able to tell Febuhari has become failbuhari?
Since you have agreed that for you it has always and will always be failbuhari. So what is new here? Spare us the rant abeg
Because I didn't vote for him doesn't mean I didn't take time to peruse APC manifesto, I can report his change promise has become change of promise. That's fraud in my jurisdiction grin grin grin

Our supposedly own is a fool. an hopeless eediot who was a governor of one of the richest state in the federation and acheived nothing as governor. He was constantly sharing monies to his cronies while the people under him continue to suffer. Till date, Otuoke has no potable water to drink.
There is a reason why if u come to bayelsa today, after Alams, the next reverred person is the Late Abacha. Jonah-daft never had the interest of his people. he was a curse to us. he acheived absolutely nothing for us as President. only greedy arseholes like tompolo, Boyloaf, ateke and their miserable kind can speak highly of him and not the people on the street.

Your true colors are slowly coming out

You basically voted along ethnic lines

Not surprised though since the evil Don Fortunato was close to succeeding in dividing us along ethnic and religious lines.

Hero my foot

Surely, you must be feeling the pinch with the current economic climate which frankly has little to do with the current govt's economic policies

If you had sense like you stated above, you wouldn't have voted a man known for his many failures.

Check the NL frontpage for what happened the last time this ediot governed.

Kettle calling the pot black, why should I vote a northerner when most northerners voted their own? How rationale is that?

Jonah-daft had far more failures right from his bayelsa days as governor and President and that were even fresher in our minds than Buhari if at all he had. The freshest from him before then was his glorious antecedents from PTF. If ur senses are intact, u wouldnt have voted the drunkard.

Please engage me with facts not conjectures

Who exactly gave Don Fortunato the tons of votes that emanated from the North?

Some peeps up north voted for GEJ agreed but it was still neutralised by 12mil votes by same people.

Please tell me how many votes Bubu got in the south in 03' 07 and 11

you are a Arrow! Even the die hard supporters of the opposition party have every right to criticise Buhari. At least they are doing it peacefully instead of resorting to violence like the fanatical fans of Buhari who went about slaying innocent youths just because they couldn't accept defeat gracefully in 2011. Jonathan may have been weak on corruption, I will be the first to admit that, but he and his team were far more economically sound than Buhari. They brought unprecedented wealth to Nigeria during his tenure. Buhari has no economic knowledge and is wasting all his time on anti-graft war which is a good thing but shouldn't take more than 20 percent of his attention. Which do u prefer, a president who brings prosperity but tolerates corruption or a president who kills corruption but drives our economy into the ground? I mean both are bad but which would u rather settle for?

U mean ur papa is one right?

Even the die hard supporters of the opposition party have every right to criticise Buhari.

I knew it....u aren't sound enough to decode what I wrote. Where in the post u qouted did I meant no one has the right to criticise him? What I meant was it was plain foolish to be expecting wonders from someone u expect to fail. U seriously lack sense.

At least they are doing it peacefully instead of resorting to violence like the fanatical fans of Buhari who went about slaying innocent youths just because they couldn't accept defeat gracefully in 2011.

Yes, that's was we were told. As if Buhari instructed anyone to kill anyone for him. Besides what did ur hopeless hero do in making sure he secured lives and properties? Who did he prosecute? When investigation was conducted, who were the ones that were indicted?

Jonathan may have been weak on corruption, I will be the first to admit that,

The buffoon was corruption hinself, if u don't agree, that's ur cup of tea.

but he and his team were far more economically sound than Buhari. They brought unprecedented wealth to Nigeria during his tenure.

Arrant Nonsense. The same repeated lies spread about by ipob nonentities. What unprecedented wealth? Was it Jonah-daft making that during his time oil price was at all time high? That he had enough oil money to corruptly throw about to his cronies while negating other sectors is OK to u right? Tell me, what other sector did Jonah-daft develop with high oil price money that we can boastful say today that we can generate income from?
They were economically sound indeed that by the time the fool was leaving, we were borrowing to pay salaries after years of monumental plenty right? Sound my foot.

Buhari has no economic knowledge and is wasting all his time on anti-graft war which is a good thing but shouldn't take more than 20 percent of his attention.

An inconsequential opinion from an ipob nut. How is Buhari directly involved in anti graft war? Answer this and u will see that this part of ur post is really foolish.

Which do u prefer, a president who brings prosperity but tolerates corruption or a president who kills corruption but drives our economy into the ground? I mean both are bad but which would u rather settle for?

Jonah-daft never bought prosperity. Like u said earlier, he was lucky to govern at ridiculously high oil price which he squandered recklessly the pain of which we are still suffering for today. His govt gave us a budget of over 90% recurrent while capital got less than 10%. Is that prosperity to u? Even our little savings, the fool squandered it. Jonah-daft never saved. If u call that prosperity then shame to u. Apply that template to ur household and see how wretched ur children's tomorrow will be.
Buhari is doing exceptionally well economic wise considering what he met on ground and the fallen oil price which happened to be Nigeria sole income earner.
Jonah-daft never diversity with huge resources so we will live with what we have for now. Jonah-daft ate a part of our tomorrow so the wise know that it will get worse firstly before it starts getting better. We have gone through the worse through his leadership, it can only get better. Will never settle for a reckless govt who never thought of tomorrow as epitomised by jonah-daft.

Chai, Jonah-daft seriously benefitted immensely from underage voting. Afterall, it was under his leadership that these underage folks got registered.

The naira is 306 to the dollar and getting worse each week and people still sing Buharis praises?

The naira will hit 400 before the year ending.

The man's integrity does not compensate for his economic incompetence.

Soludo and Sanusi have both condemned his statist policies.

If things continue like this, things will become very hot early next year. He will loose the support of his party

Lol this Tokt guy is in pain someone give him hug. An argument laced with too many insults loses any little intellectual content it may have and just sounds like the rantings of an emotional and frustrated lunatic. I couldn't read past your second annotation when all I saw was "jonah-daft this, fool, that your father, lack sense blah blah blah. Re-read my own post and learn how to debate constructively like a civilised person and not like raving slowpoke raised in a motor park. Bye!

If the naira is devalued to around 230 range, the black market will rise to about 235.

In 2009 something similar happened. When Soludo refused to devalue after the price of oil fell from $147 in 2008 to $35 in 2009.

The official rate was pegged at around 120. Because Soludo refused to devalue, it sank to 190 at the black market at times.

Sanusi came in and immediartely devalued it to 150. Almost overnight the black market rate close to 150. Sanusi said there must never be more than a 3% gap between the official rate and the black market.

Currently the gap is more than 50% encuraging massive round tripping.
