Lalasticlala. ... come and see how APC lost Delta, Rivers, And Akwa ibom. ...The judiciary is corrupt ( In APCs voice) Judiciary is the last hope of the masses in PDPs voice) this country is a theatre
Apc doesn't have weight in Delta state so they didn't have much vote. infact they loss woefully last year's election.

I'm not a fan of APC nor Buhari, but if truth must be told in all sincerity without any iota of sentiment, I will say that Buhari really means well for this country. During his campaign, I remember him say that being a victim of electoral fraud and injustice, he will never interfere with the Nigerian judicial system when it comes to dispensing justice. I am saying this because a normal government in power, given the Nigerian context, will muscle out opposition and never allow them to hold sway. But, so far the reverse has been the case. You may chose to interpret it your own way but I think this government should be applauded for this.

Shegman22:
In the ruling on Wednesday, the court said Governor Emmanuel won the lawfully cast votes, setting aside the earlier ruling of the two lower courts.

The Court also upheld Governor Emmanuel’s Appeal challenging the cancellation of the results of the elections held in 13 local governments.

In the ruling, the appeal of the Independent National Electoral Commission, challenging the cancellation of election results in some local government areas, was also upheld.

Reasons for verdict are to be given on February 15.

More details later.

These two elections were nullified by the appeal court. Add that of Wike, it will be three. Imagine if there were no supreme court... huh

Its time we considered allowing state and national assembly elections to terminate at the supreme court.

I believe Uche Ekwunife would have still been a senator by now, George Sekibo & all those assembly members whose elections were nullified by the appeal court would by now by be imagining what would have been if they had opportunity to go to the supreme court

This proves APC have been using Court of Appeal and Election Tribunals to get what they couldn't get at the ballot box.

APC are only wasting their time trying to force us into Arewa Peoples Congress (APC)
APC can never win any state in the SS, Edo state would follow suit later this year.

We reject APC and all it stands for.

Thank God we have an incorruptible Supreme Court.
Are you sane? You should be applauding APC. Any contestant have the right to appeal, but the freedom of the judiciary is for once, seen to prevail,
