God bless these Justices. They are saving Nigeria from this evil called APC
s cjn concern is a testament to APC's evil plans to introduce one party state in d country through d back door. Buari dullard is not used to opposition cos he's an unrepentant dictator. imagine d ridicolous tribunal court judgement in taraba guber sad APC is a facist party.

Wonderful!

Nigeria on the path of full democracy.

Those thinking of hijacking Nigeria using the court of law should have a rethink. (Nigeria cannot allow any Miscarriage of Justice - "errors of impunity" )

APC leadership, take note.
Don't u think its too early to be silly.!? Why call APC into dis now.. Wen yu have just seen a show of credibility in d judicial system under d government if it was those PDP n GEJ touts by now dat cJN wud have been sacked.. D party has accepted dis rulings n moved on... If dey want to hijack Nigeria I don't think dey nid d courts.. Of course GEJ only needed DASUKI to hijack d country financially... Baba pack well o.. Buhari is moving

Its so amazing that Nigerians like you think so short sighted,, who told you that the APC was bothered about winning atvall cost? Do you think Buhari has time to be involved in election issues? Or you think he will run Nigeria like the way PDP intended to destroy it..... I have an experience about the Abia Elections and am ashamed if they call that elections at all... An election that the PDP rigged shamelessly, where corpers were either handed huge sums of money to rig or they obes that didnt coperate were kidnapped through out the election period... All many of you do is to sit down un a comfy sofa and type anything that you think of...
see dis one sad but elections in places like kano, katsina, bornu, sokoto was so perfect dat they deserve an award despite massive rigging through almajiriunder age voting, intimidation n dead threats to anyone dat voted for PDP righthuh wat about d N15 million bribe dat was send to d bank account of electoral commisioner of bornu yet d governorship election was upheld by d tribunals n d commisioner dat was burned to dead in his house to prevent him from releasing damaging report n evidence of electoral malpracticehuh yes elections in d north is perfect n transparent. yeye dey smell.

This has nothing to do with Buhari, the Supreme Court has always been very independent even during Abacha's tenure with the famous Uwais heading then, the Offshore-Onshore dichotomy and the Lagos LG funds cases when the Court ruled against OBJ's administration, the narrow 4-3 win by Yar'Adua in his election petition which took the intervention of former heads of state
please who selected the judges at the supreme court?

Time to restore the integrity and fair judgement of the judiciary notwithstanding whose ox is gored as long justice takes its place.

You sound very pained, I hope your apathy for PDP consumes you wholly! undecided
Can't you just argue issues without attacking the poster, this is 21st century. He made very salient points, but because you couldn't counter it you resulted to your usual ethno-bigotry partisan mentality.

This matter should be about whether the mandate of the people was respect or not and not about the crass political ideologies we call Apc and Pdp (Check UK and US to know what we call political parties). May God help us.

u remind us of that 4-3 narrow win, where niki tobi put us in this mess we face today, if not we wouldn't have experience yaradua/gej era of cluelessness and ineffectual babooism, but thank God we are getting it right now.

You would be surprise if those Governors fail to meet expectations, PMB would still be blamed.

My prayer is the Governors make a positive difference in our lives irrespective of party colour.

That it was peaceful still doesn't make it fair. Carrying textbook into the exam hall and copying a friend in the exam are both exam malpractice.

Am sure u didn't read the thread very well!!

I quote; The Supreme Court is not interested in what's right or wrong but in interpreting the law based on the facts before it. The amended electoral act places the burden of proof squarely on the petitioner and not the respondents or INEC.

U get it now?

when Buhari's appointed Mahmud Muhammed as cjn , PDP criticized sai baba for appointed his old friend ... but now u think the judiciary is working ? .. all the cases done so far goes beyond a mere constitution or law .. but a better options for Buhari's to gain more confidence and strengthened Nigeria integrity among other tribes in the country ... if you can agree with me, pro-biafra, ijaw coalition, PDP east & south will now give baba some soft landing in their political arena ... the hatred campaign will be reduced .
