This is a judgement made when common sense is not common. If their inability to reason well is age, then they should be retired immediately.

If it is true that the card readers have helped to reduce Rigging and it is also true that Rigging is mainly done through manual accreditation. It is also true that INEC is empowered to develop strategy to conduct credible election and it is true that the supreme court judges were fully aware of the procurement of the card readers and they did not advise the federal government against its use. it is true that some of the judges voted with that same card reader they invalidated. Then it is also true that only an insane person will vote knowing fully well that the devise by which he or she is voting is invalid. Failure to advise the federal government against buying a devise that is not useful to the nation with huge Amount of tax payers money amount to economic sabotage which by itself is criminal in nature.

D electoral Act as it is is yet to recognise the use of card readers and other new policies adopted by INEC. During the elections their were malfunctions of d card readers but election still went ahead in areas where they refused to work, how then can only d card reader b considered relevant wen elections went ahead in most areas without them. Everyone heard and most witnessed the large use of under-aged voters in d north but yet d card reader is not relevant in those cases abi?? If Rivers election is to be cancelled due to card reader,then lagos,imo,elections,infact the entire presidential elections should also be cancelled.

I am neither an APC nor PDP member. I am a concern Nigerian who is not comfortable with the judgement. The judgement is already causing Tension as political parties prepare for war ahead of house of assembly rerun election. Many more souls will go on account of this judgement.
