I dont o,most of my friends just come there for vacation and go and non has been there of recent,even when i was in Dar es salam years ago i couldn't visit kenya..with todays rate been 303 on the useless fidelity card am seriously thinking of coming to nairobi for these purpose or can i scan my details to u and pay your brother in lagos ?

Only from kenya as it is only funded with kenyan shillings.

@warrenweste,one must be physically present for the sim & card issuance, my brother's own is in my name & billing address and l am the one that funds the card in Lagos frm my own phone here in Nairobi as one don't need to go to the bank for anything.
