On the 4th of feb 2016 being thursday (Screen shot below), I subscribed my blackberry Internet service, Only to receive a suprising mesage the next day, Friday that my BIS has expired. And I'm like WTF, in 24hrs! Finished!!! When I never even download or watch any movie.
So I decided to call several MTN customer care agents and they all sounded alike saying "Its a general problem, but be rest assured in 24hours the issue will be resolved, if you don't get your subscription back, MTN will refund you the money".....Hehe, Mtn refund me? For this time wey NCC wan milk them dry?
Anywayz, I waited for 4days till and when I couldn't wait any longer I did a new subscription. Imagine how many customers are defrauded 1k in a week by MTN

I bought 10mb daily plan. They took it after 10 minutes. I then started sending "Cancel, No, stop" to 131 but none worked. They collected my N100 four more times after recharge before they had mercy. (All without using their .1mb).
Seems my commission to pay for their NCC fine was N500.

Is that your statement not too strong? Have you call there costumer care?
