is she over pampered

Get her a Baby walker.

Ideally standing should be attained around 9-12 months while walking should be by 12-17months...

Some variation may however occur.
I suggest u watch till 19 months

In the case of delayed attainment of developmental milestones
-Central Nervous system injuries/diseases
-Mental retardations
-Family history
-Genetic factors


You may need to discuss with a paediatrician.

Depending on how low the back pain is; it could be anything from pre menstrual discomfort to pregnancy, which is why I asked for your Last Menstrual Period.
