Yes, there is commission on remita. But if you pay through UI micro finance you have to pay another 200 for commission. Making the commissions to be up to 500 naira. You will only pay one commission when you pay online.

and for IT levy, it's part of the fees. So i pay it to avoid the story that touch. I think it mandatory.

Check your email, you should see a mail with your RRR; maybe you should try and contact UI support for reversal at 15% surcharge.

Print your receipt and if you've paid for school fee, kuku print this one too from your portal...who knows? It might be needful and I think it is sef because there's a 'print' option there so I have a feeling it's important.
