@ OP I'm sorry for the loss. I also lost my 8 months GSD last year Dec 23 by my mistake. My babies are still mourning Symbal, my wife that hated dog at the inception of keeping dog, shed tears. Neighbor kids were unhappy till now. We are still missing Symbal. I wish to buy another dog to replace the loss soonest.

Sir, with my experience with dogs and having reared a lot, you shouldn't have given the dog a bath that moment you found it, my vet once told me that no matter the weather, hot or cold, if you shower a dog they always feel cold internally so its advisable to shower them when they are healthy but that moment it was not strong internally, i also see from the pictures that the dog did not even dry up when you woke up to check and take some of those pictures...

Yesterday i saw this cutie which had been maltreated, malnourished and rejected i got guys of like mind (my brothers) and we rescued him, fed him and gave him a warm bath he recovered and could stand and walk but kept vomiting he had no strength to eat so we had to use a syringe to give him liquid feed.
He got better around 12:30 midnight and played a little then he promised me that he would be strong and not die i was lying down on the floor to play with him so he gave me a promising peck before i went to sleep. I knelt down beside my bed and prayed that he would live but unfortunately, as my bro and i opened the door to greet him this morning he raised up his head to look at us as if he was waiting to say goodbye then he cried a little and stretched 3 tines after which it was finished.
Hmnn i stood there shocked for some minutes not knowing if i shld run m*d or not.
I am so angry right now and im going to find the wicked owner.

Theres a guard dog stationed @bop nnpc jetty,at apapa,i think a rotweiler or so. A big and hell,a mean daug he is. Funny thing is doggie,believe it or not,is on a monthly salary of about #80k! Sad thing is that hes under fed and always hungry. But whenever my ship berths at that jetty,i always package food for him and yeah,jimmy is his name.

Na you kill that dog by your self and na cold kill am. After you bath am wetin you try do to warm am up all through the night

all the dog needed first wer antibiotics and de worming drugs....bcoz am very sure it was feeding on trash. it's immunity was low so had to give up....pele!
