It is a fictional book, however as you read, you come to understand how the North has been a keg of gun powder all this years.

But will make an exception today. And this goes to those calling the Picture fake. I do not work for the Nations Newspaper, and do not know how or where they got the picture from .

Any body with common sense, should have clicked on the link of the Story to the Newspaper Website to verify that Story. Please do not refer anything to the OP Again.

For those saying the Picture is fake, why not paste the real one here?or copy a link and paste here to a story this same picture have been used before? you guys just want to pick holes in the fight against Boko Haram.

I am not a religion bigot but I think Islamists should have a reform in their teachings. Most Imams here in yorubaland use better parts of their message criticizing Christianity than teaching ethics to their followers.
And about Quranic recitation, I think they should understand what is written therein rather than spending years learning how to chant what they wouldn't understand. Had these girls known what they chant, they might have seen a part in Quran which says " Thou shall not kill". That's if it exists anyway.

I believe El Rufai and a number of other governors including Buhari are threatening to ban it. Obviously they would encounter resistance.

The idea of banning the hijab is an infringement on civil liberties, no one can dictate dressing when not in an environment where formal use of a formal mode of dressing is prescribed. You can ban hijabs in banks, state institutions, limited public places but that's about it.

If you ban hijabs you mights as well ban , jalabia, agbada, and most traditional dressings across most of Nigeria
