The fair one obviously.

This is how I make my deduction as to who is more beautiful between two ladies with contrasting complexions. What I do is I try to imagine the dark skin lady as if she was light skin and vice versa.

From this picture above, the girl on the right would still look more beautiful than the girl on the left, even if she was as dark as she was.
