Fruits - orange, lime, lemon, grape, pineapple, watermelon, star apple(agbalumo).
Others - peppery foods, beans, sugary foods, coffee. Etc

Why is this important? Sperm thrives at an alkaline ph. Acidic foods make your cervical secretions less alkaline. So you might want to step down on such foods, around the time of ovulation. Note: These foods are ok for every other non copulatory day.

Drs,pls i was on clomid 100g, cd 3-7. Nw am on cd 16 and i v nt ovulated,no sign at all. Shud i b worried. Am on vit e and folic acid.av bin bd every 2days thou no ewcm bt creamy cm.

Concerning the cervical mucus, what I'll like you to do is augment. The essential purpose of the cervical mucus amongst others is to create an alkaline viable environment for the sperm.
You're in luck tho there's a solution. PRE-SEED. Lookup the literature and purchase it.
Hurting breasts? Erm, endure it, it's going to pass. Also, tell Mr husband to go easy on them.

Alkaline fruits and foods. The easiest compass I can give is that they are neither too sweet nor sour. Eg. Pawpaw, banana, avocado, coconut, white beans, bread, oats, potatoes, wheat(in all its forms). Just to name a few.

Folic acid? Are you taking any supplements at the moment. If you are, you don't need to take it. Most have the RDA for folic acid.

There's a common misconception about the correlation between folic acid and pregnancy. Our concern with folic acid is more fetus centered than mother. It has no direct role in conception rather it prevents spinal cord abnormalities(spinal dysraphism) in fetuses.

tnx doc. My period is nt regular.it usualy btw 27 to 30 days so nt alway regular. Dt y i was prescribe clomid. Dis my 1st dose.d only symptom i v is grumblng stomach nd gas release. I l kip my fingers cross sir. Cheers

Supplement? Yes get one. Either of them is good. The deciding factor should be cost. Although I've got more complaints about the Pregnacare from a few persons. It might not apply to you.

I used Reload(men) at a time.

The tests were done about 6 months ago,3 months ago she also did a scan,and was told her womb is normal. No we have not done hormonal profile test.
The termination were done early,not up to a week after her missed period.

I need to ask some questions first.
Has he ever had an STD?
How many sexual partners does he have?
How often does he have sex or masturbate?
Any other symptom(fever, itching, urethral discharge) asides the red spots?

His case could be caused by something as innocent as an insect bite or more serious like molluscum contagiosum.

I'll be needing up-to-date info, so i'll ask you to go to a clinic for a gynae check up. Asides the physical and vagina examination. I would like a urinalysis, urine MCS and a HVS done. Just in case there's a vaginal discharge, itching, frequent urination, painful urinnation, lower abdominal pain or anything of a sort.

Go do a hormonal profile.

It will help me narrow down your options.

Good resolve.

Do those tests. I also want you to be observant, if the pain is linked in anyway to your menses.

Step 1 - make sure your timing is correct. 3 days before ovulation. Sperm can survive up to 5 days in-utero.

Step 2 - load the applicator. Lie on your back with a pillow under your butt. Insert the applicator as far in as possible and discharge it's content. If it wouldn't be awkward DH can help you with this process.
Note: One applicator per session. No repeats.

Step 3 - make love. Modified Missionary would be just fine. At ejaculation DH should stay in a little while.

Afterwards, don't be in a hurry to get outta bed (gravity). Resolution is the fourth stage of intercourse. Make it count. Bearing in mind swimmers are at work and it's good for the psyche.

If the aftermath doesn't gross you out, sleep in that spot.

About your friend, has her husband had himself checked?

If yes, I'll ask some more questions.
