Please nairalanders I need your help on how to take this man to court so as to get my hard earn money back from him.
Actually we made a deal and I paid him N35000 for the deal.
He assured me that everything will be done withing 2 months.
I waited for 4 month and nothing happened as promised and all effort to get my money back was futile and he has also switch off his number for 2 months now.
However a friend of my knows his house address at ilorin kwara state and family but I am currently in Lagos.
I have sent my friend to him many times and he keep on saying he will pay without making any refund.
I so much detest his action for not been sincere, switching off his number for months and not refunding my money.
Should I involve the Nigeria police or just let the law deal with him as expected.
I want this matter to get to court so that I can get the money back from him and I would appreciate if there is another way I can adopt to get my money back from Him.

So, you want to sue someone because of N35,000?

Report at the nearest police station to the man's house and promise the officer in charge 10k from the money then go to the man's house by 5am unannounced with some clothes, soap, toothbrush and paste. Don't leave there till you get your money

I strongly believe doing nothing is not the solution and that is why I seek for advise.

Organise some barrack men go him house. Just tip dose ones 3k each. Make De no harass the man o... Their presence alone go make d man sign undertaken
