This is surprising. It will be nice of the poster to give us an entire story of what happened. Airtel have some of the best customer care around. On my last visit to their help centre I got my issue resolved in less than 10 minutes. So it's really surprising hearing this.

The agent didn't trouble shoot properly... A simple check on the line will show when the plan was done..... with that the agent can ask possible questions that will reveal the sim swap...... but the Op has some blame too
d agent actually did d sim swap, dats why I returned to her in d 1st place

I want to let everyone know that the issue has been resolved, I got a call from the Makurdi showroom manager through he tendered an unreserved apology, also the staff involved also called to apologise for her behaviour. the money was also refunded. I also wanna believe that this is just an isolated case as this was my first unpleasant encounter with the makurdi airtel showroom. I still have faith in their internet services. that singular incident neva made me to stop using the airtel network... thanks everyone for your comments and concerns!

Unfortunately mine has not been attended to. Over 15gig on my Airtel line 08027788177 yet I can't connect to the Internet. It's now well over 12 days now!
