Onyeka Onwenu never said she was sacked because she was Igbo, after reading her original statement, it was clear she never said that, rather it's some stupid Nigerian blogs that twisted the story to suit their ethnic narrative.

Onyeka only said she had subordinates from a certain part of the country who gave her a hard time in the line of her duty because she was Igbo. She wasn't referring to her disengagement.

It's very common for people to twist words, journalists sensationalise simple statements a lot to attract attention and viewers.
