Depends on the many things eg the type of job, the type of trouser , and most importantly the level of religious fanaticism of the interviewer Since the most important of these factors is not within your control I would say just go buy better pencil or A line skirt wear. After the interview you fit throway the skirt na you sabi.

YES, it can disqualify u frm nt getting d job, can remember wen i went for my first interview wen i wanted to do I.T, i was disqualify from getting d job becos i was putting on trouser unknowing for me dat it was a deeper life member that owns d company. To avoid the long stories , why don't you go casual .
My aunt ; I've seen her go for an interview twice luckily she got those jobs and she's with another company right now .
Maybe her dress code also gave her the job , you never can tell .
As a pal I'll advise you to go for a skirt and maybe a suit to match too ...

My advise is, put on skirt to avoid being disqualified. Though, HR will just tell you "they will get back at you" and will not tell you that you were disqualified for putting on trousers as a lady.

Moreover, let your conscience judge you. If not that this world is full of iniquity, girls is not suppose to put on boys' garment.

Any company you can't wear a trouser to for an interview is not the kind of place you want to work in because if a trouser would disqualify you from getting the job, then a trouser would make your life miserable if you work there and wear one.

If it is a big company try and visit their premises to see how their female staff dress. If it is a professional job like lawyer accountant doctor then presumably you are a member of that profession and aware of the professional culture and ethic. To be honest this is an unintelligent and immature question/thread
Go to the place of interview and make discreet investigations
If you are serious about the interview you should have taken time to visit anyway as part of your interview preparation
Let me put it like this with specific regard to the interview place .If you do not know the answer to that question you do not deserve to get the job!!

But years down the line, i really dont care anymore, Jeans/pant trouser with shirt and black jacket..... If my mood is so right i manage to wear suit... I don't even have any complete suit again so my mood can never be right..

What if it is a Job you see so much prospect in, Good pay, nice benefits, etc... And you put on a trouser and looking sharp.......

Only to discover that the interviewer is a Deeperlife, Mountain of fire, Choosen member, they see the person as Irresponsible or sinner.
