Lol sorry to burst ur bubble I dont do private chats Imagine those who dont know the pathophysiology of PCOS argue. u need hormones to ovulate which are disorganised of these hormones are not balanced sorry to make u sad no miracles will make u ovulate until it is corrected lols how will u ovulate when hormones like FSH progesterone and leutinizing hormones are spiking? if anybody tells u ure ovulating but the eggs are not enof thatz y ure not pregnant that is the biggest lie ever told one egg or 2 can be release monthly for fertilization to take place. those who release more eggs most times have taken drugs like Clomid bromo and even placed on HCG......

and I can bet u those with polycystic ovarian syndrome will not ovulate and will not have cervical mucus all things been equal if a lady do not have adequate cervical mucus during ovulation ( which is even one way of determining ovulation) she will never I say never ovulate the cervical mucus largely depends on hormones especially follicle stimulating hormones leutinizing hormones and progesterone. No cervical mucus see a doctor and treat the underlying disorder.

@drlayla, don't bet with your money on this ttc thread else you will lose it ......most pcos women ovulate late and most women conceive without seeing cervical mucus....cervical mucus is not the only sign of ovulation....Infact doctors no longer have solutions to pcos, they just bombard women with Clomid, the ones that have advance knowledge might add metformin and when it doesn't work they recommend IVF.....so you can add your suggestions and don't discredit others and act like you have the final say....you probably just studied to pass exam but might not practice that is if you are not a tradomedical doctor sef.

AF is always an indication that you can try again. Do not be sad.
Are you taking the clomid by yourself or is your doctor monitoring you?
Some instructions for you.
1, please ensure you do not have fibroids cos clomid would increase the size of the fibroids and cause more harm.
2, you should start with 50mg for 5 days. Typically, it is recommended to start from CD3-CD7 (or 2-6, or 5-9 depending on your cycle length)
3, take the drugs at the same time everyday for the 5days. Because of the side effects of clomid, people take it in the evening before sleep. So if you choose 8pm, take it at 8pm everyday for 5days.
4, make sure you track your progress with scans to check for follicular growth and confirm ovulation. (If the eggs grow to maturity without rupturing, you should add HCG trigger shot to release matured eggs)
5, clomid causes vaginal dryness (for most people) so buy a pack of pressed or conceive plus for kpekusing. Or take grape juice or Robitussin cough syrup for CM.

@drlayla, any woman that has a menstrual period ovulated but probably ovulated late and couldnt pin point the day.....and most women conceive without a balanced hormones, other women who have pcos also don't have menstrual period for months and yet conceive, so miracles happen every day......watch the tv program "i didn't know I was pregnant" you will noticed that most women that didn't know they were pregnant are women with pcos.....even a tv program display God's miracles

My sis its just one per fruit.
I.e one beetroot,one apple,and one big carrot.i xtract d juice wit juice xtractor but on d other hand u can grate dem one by one nd use clean siffon to squeeze d juice out.
I took mine at night cos it gves me a sound slip which i dnt normaly hve wen my bp was high den.plss u can google d benefit of dis beetroot out.

@Fvine, you stop epo a day or 2 days to ovulation and not after ovulation, the reason is because it makes the uterus contract and that action is better before O as it can help with conception but if it happens after O it might cause a miscarriage, it's a very good ttc drug

Thanks Dear, I do know that. That's why I said from CD 1 to Ovulation and not necessarily CD 12 because some women ovulate as early as CD10. But CD 12 is like a general guide / rule of thumb for those that have an average 28 day cycle who aren't sure when they ovulate but assume between CD 12 - CD 14.

I ll like to tell u dat in my last cycle I didn't see any cervical mucus and I was able to get pregnant. The ist day dat i took lemon, i was terribly wet down dere,dat was d day lemon works wonders unlike after my miscarriage may last year,i was totally dry down dere.
I also took lots of UDARA while in east last december.
SO THOSE DAT ARE DRY DOWN THERE, TRY LEMON.

Thanks for sharing. Lemon is acidic but turns alkaline in the body which is very beneficial to Health not just to TTC. I'd really love to know your baby gender when you find out please if you don't mind. TIA.
