Hi, you should prepare well for both, since one is telephone you need to know a convenient time and place to do so while that of masterminds requires ur presence at their office in Gbagada if dts where dey wil use and dependin on d position u r being interviewed. But you can achieve both. All d best and come back with testimony oo.
FYI masterminds is a big consulting firm with south African affiliations, so prepare well and read up about them.

I was just on my own yesterday and a phone call came in with 01.... only for them to say they are from productive people and in respect with the HSE officer opening that I applied for. They took me unaware as a short phone interview was conducted and I was later asked to forward an 8 line summary of career path/Profile with 2 Work referees to their email. They said they would get back to me next week. I tried to remember when I applied for the job but couldn't, I then went to my sent file on my email and I saw their link. The reason why i forgot about the opening so fast was because of the requirements. It was a bit high but nonetheless I had to forward my cv to them.
The bottom line is; always forward your cv even when your years of experience is not up to what is required and always be ready at anytime, be in the right place always because most recruiting and outsourcing companies don't schedule or inform you of phone interview any longer. They look for so many ways to screen candidate out.

Requirements

* Possess relevant hands-on experience in technical/security system background

* Responsible for the system reliability, regulatory compliance, proactive maintenance optimization, and efficient operations of compressed air generation and distribution, building automation system operation and data utilization, electrical and gas utility infrastructure, steam generation and distribution, chilled water generation and distribution, RO water generation and distribution, and solar energy operation.
* Defines, develops, and leads utility and infrastructure projects. Follows established project management guidelines in documenting and tracking project metrics. Energy project development, definition, and implementation to deliver project timelines, spending, and results.
* Oversees the document system for retention of utility projects and associated facility engineering documents.
* Responsible for stationary equipment safety assessments, code compliance, training programs, and mitigation plans for current facility operations.
* Individual will ensure all safety and environmental code and local requirements are incorporated from design through completion of projects delivered to area of responsibility.
* Responsible for the content and updating of facility BCP planning and implementation - utilities and backup systems.
* Responsible for annual cost projections, budgets, sourcing, and analysis of energy contracts, demand management programs, and rebate programs.
* Responsible for the methods and standards for facility reliability and energy management program to include metrics, improvement plan, and prioritization to meet annual energy and cost goals.

Working with Outside departments to Interface:
* Demonstrated record of collaboration with internal departments, as well as external engineering, equipment vendors and construction firms.
* Leads cross functional, cross site teams to achieve project goals
* Mentors others by sharing knowledge and expertise and providing feedback and guidance.

Education And Experience
