there is nothing special about wat he said, he is personally among the people. all they need do to change the situation is to offload their dollar holding. that is not the duty of CBN Governor or minister of finance. has anybody give him the audience he sort? no but the dollar is on its way down. they all read on news that speculators from neighbouring countries have flood the market to take advantage of the rise in dollar. those of them hoarding the dollar know the implications of the inflow and they quickly turn out to offload their holdings.
