stop fooling yourself.... All opec have decided to reduce excess oil production do as to help increase oil price( which have significantly improve on the last week),Saudi. And Iran, who are at loggerheads have refused to accept this idea... Buhari went to Saudi and Iran to negotiate this deal, so as to help resolve oil cruises
