I won't advice you to buy it. I bought innjoo last year December for someone, I bought Xtouch E1few weeks ago. Am full of regrets. I can hardly access my banks via the applications that I downloaded. The pixel is poor. The only good thing about the phone is the battery life. I can't recommend it for anyone.

Experience differs a times.

That is commendable. No one can argue about their battery life. They have amazing power banks. But I suggest you visit their repair centre on Awolowo way and see how full their office is daily. I forgot to mention that customer service persons are not well mannered, the ladies are rude. A times, their customer care does not fix problems, they simply do factory reset. God help you that you screen is broken, even if it's just a little, and the broken screen doesn't hinder it from working, still you will be mandated to pay for another screen, otherwise they won't accept the phone, neither will they fix it. This is not what I think, it's what I know about them.
I also suggest you activate the CM Locker & CM Security. That will give you a clue to it.

hmm, and I'm having issues with the battery now. bought one in June and it was perfect, working fine. suddenly started taking hours like 8 hours to fully charge, sometimes sef it discharges while plugged in was advised to change the charger which I did, still no improvement. otherwise, the phone is very good. any suggestions?

Yeah it takes time to charge, especially when you re using it...although the charger you re using it with also matters

I am currently using the same Xtouch E1.

My problem is: i can only browse with one browser and that's opera browser. Also, i cannot download on it anymore. This has caused me to watch videos on youtube only.

I solved the problem by restoring to factory setting but just before 24hrs, the problem started again.

If you have a way out, pls tell me. I am already tired of the phone i bought in sept.

Please can anyone help me out, whenever i try to make calls on my xtouch e1, it automatically restart itself about three times before i will be able to make calls.
i fixed the problem by resetting the phone after some time, it started again.

Take the phone to innjoo repair centre at ikeja, Obafemi Awolowo Way, beside Diamond Bank.
Let them reload the software. it will stop.
