This is one of the reasons why I jubilated when I heard NCC fined them #1.4 trillion... As far I am concerned,MTN must pay that money even if they reduce it or not. It will not enter my pocket, but it will give me boundless joy! 1 Like |

These criminals! After helping another nairalander with this problem not long ago mtn decides to punish me by deducting N160.00 from my line. I call them and they tell me N100.00 was for music plus but beat around the bush regarding the N60.00. It's obvious they want to recover their N50bn by fire or force from all their customers - they and other Nigerian businesses have shown me it's not possible to become successful without thievery of sorts. |

Mtn are never tired of cheating. They have recently transfered all their customers to a default plan that charges 20k and 15 k per sec on all calls.. They sent a message to me saying that True talk plus plan is no longer available.. |
