As long as Nigerias economy is in the doldrums, people will traffic in drugs. They can keep arresting all they want, the next batch are on their way to the airport.

I don't completely agree.

Some of them actually have shops and trade.

I think they've been tempted by the "better life" some of the successful have achieved.

Also, not all of them are first timers regardless of what they appear to claim.
