ElCule:Watch him Deflect back to Jonathan. Their modus operandi is to first Deny it ever happened and when it is proven to be true defend the allegation. Before defending they will discredit the source or the OP. Deflection will then be used to divert away from the scandal by appropriating blame to Jonathan and if this doesn't work they will Derail thread by calling you IPOB or wailer. From there their ever willing compromised mod will delete the thread. These are the "Ds" employed by the zombies. |

tpiar:Firstly, nobody will visit your country for tourism given the wide spread insecurities. Secondly, a ministry encompasses several Departments, Agencies and Parastaltals. Can you mention any viable agency under the ministry of Tourism? As for Youth and Women Affairs only education can empower both demographs. What exactly is the ministry of youth for? Is it an advisory or reserch organ of govt or is it a welfare scheme? We don't need those two ministries as they can be absolved under education |

Henovy:chai so it is no longer Jonathan but civil servants. when would you stop the blame game? Mr Buhari took the same budget to the national Assembly, read the budget before a joint session of the National assembly members and call it 'BUDGET OF CHANGE' only for you to blame it on civil servants. Buhari is as corupt as an average Nigerian politicain. |

ElCule:Apart from being pathological liars and haters of the truth, the hypocrites in the APC including Buhari and his legion of daft blind supporters are highly irresponsible individuals who refuse to acknowledge their short comings and foolishness. It is as if they exist on a different moral compass. |

ElCule:The people who have been doing so in the GEJ era(the civil servants) have done what they know how to do best and so jacked it up(padded it) to the embarrasment of PMB. They will shine their eyes henceforth. |

TheDevilIsALai:I see your point here since I also dont know what the ministry of youth is for, but what of people who prefer skilled professions to formal education? |

Henovy:Why are you bent on defending this glaring of coruption by Mr Buhari? Okay, the civil servant budgeted 1.7billion for his feeding and he sees nothing wrong with it, read it for the whole world to hear only for the blame to pushed on the civil servants when criticism sarted flowing in. Why didn't he reject it when the budget was presented to him before reading it out? Can you give me the names of those civil servants? As for me, I know only one name in this scandal and it is Buhari. |

ElCule:The bottom line is that it has been corrected and the culprits will be punished. Do you have to blame PMB always? If he was part of it, he would rather have defended it. Instead, he was embarrased. Those guys just increase the figures of previous budgets and submit for presentation. They just copy-paste. Do you have to buy curtlery every year? Duplicating projects anyhow. Anyway heads will roll for sure. |

Henovy:How was this correction done? Has it been reduced? To what amount now please? I am asking these questions because expectedly, once there is a reduction from a previous position or figure, such figure must also change to reflect the correction/reduction. On the basis of this, why is Lai Moh'd on record stating that the budget was not padded or manipulated because the total sum of 6.08 Trillion did not change? If that figure did not change them what correction was made? |
