DailyPost investigation has revealed that over eighty percent of public primary schools in Enugu North Senatorial zone lacks toilet facilities.
The teachers and the pupils in the affected schools said they had become used to defecating in the bush,in what they refer to as “bush method”.
The schools affected are those in Udenu, Igbo-Eze North, Igbo-Eze South, Igbo-Etiti, Nsukka and Uzo-Uwani local government areas.

School toilet is entirely a different thing. People rarely defecate within school hours. Home toilets will give a more accurate picture such as the above study

Why won't they lead in "Open Defecation" ? Since the only project their Fayose like to commission is "Stomach Infrastructure". He likes to commission "Stomach Infrastructure" but fails to provide basic amenities to the state.
Ekiti people keep enjoying your iresi, isu, iyan, amala, eba, ewa, ponmo, ati bebe lo

Who is supposed to regulate that? And punish offenders?

This is very true. I spent 6 years in ekiti, lived in 6 houses and I can tell you this stay is very correct. Such a stupid state. Till now, many houses at even the capital to involve similoluwa, ori apart and co don't even have toilets. How much more I works and the real rural.
