Guys, what could cause my vehicle to be vibrating? The vibrating is unbearable when AC is on. The engine seat is intact, your experience is needed. |

GAZZUZZ:It vibrate when in station/Idle (traffic light, in traffic e.t.c) . When in motion the vibration reduce. |

I'm sure some Fault codes would be set on the car. Try to have it scanned first. |

GAZZUZZ:Baba any assistance on this my altima 01 vibrating issue? When in motion i don't notice the vibration much. I feel it on the steering & dash board when in D or R in stationary mode, But reduce in N. Engine seats are intact according to the mechanic. I hope i gave enough details? Any solution please? |

Major culprit is the intake manifold gasket, have it checked for leakages. Usually happens on cylinder 1 & 4. While it's idling, open the hood and listen carefully for hissing sounds around the manifold area.. Pretty common on the 97-01 models 1 Like |

oluwafemi89:at 1000r/min engine should be stable, you have a misfire. Start by a scan. |

GAZZUZZ:My 2004 solara vibrates unbearably when AC is on and in gear but stationary. Rpm is about 700-800. It smoothens out at 1000 and above. Any ideas? |

GAZZUZZ:You sound so sure and definite. The great Gazzuzz  But bcoz of d cost of replacing the compressor, I will like to confirm it first. Is there a way to confirm this? How do I know the correct compressor for 2004 solara l4? Can this problem be caused by a bad coil, or plug? Coz I noticed that the engine hesitates to raise even when in park and AC off. And when u press lower on d throttle, it suddenly raises to 3000 and above. Keeping it around 2000 is difficult. I appreciate ur help. |

GAZZUZZ:I'm going to scan d ride asap, but I just want to know d possibilities. Assuming I have a misfire, Will it explain d hesitation in reving and the vibration? Each time I see dt name, Gazzuzz, what always comes to my mind is "great wizard of Oz". |
