It's very normal for some pregnant women, my take is that this is not her first child, the color difference on the tommy is as a result of the hot water applied on the tommy on the previous child birth. Speaking from experience as it happened to my baby, she's fair, after the post natal hot water massage, the tommy turned dark, so u see its possible providing this is not her first baby.
