After 2 days of waiting for my result, to my utmost surprised,i was given the highest score in chemistry i dat i did not even answer more than 12 questions(due to time)
My highest score expectation is from maths and physics dat i answered first. i'm so disappointed in jamb.

I think sey na only me o... I didn't finish my physics due to system shutdown.. only to Have the highest mark there while chem. and bio that I was sure of killing it had the lowest marks

Right from my junior secondary school days, i hav NEVER scored higher in chemistry than maths and physics! I never had interest in chemistry. In fact i expect to score higher in english than chemistry

That means the info on this thread is fake. JAMB is aware that candidates had issues with the rickety systems in most centers and their fluctuating servers so they're compensating candidates with 40 marks.

Only in this s*** country would you hear that an examination body upgrades the scores of candidates as compensation for hitches experienced during the exam.

The reason why JAMB is upgrading the scores of candidates is becos most candidates scored very low, and won't be shortlisted for the post-utme test in their respective institutions. The institutions have secretly queried JAMB. Thus, JAMB is upgrading to meet the demands of the institutions, who are particular about making hundreds of millions of naira from respective candidates thru the post utme test.

My friend received a text msg from jamb saying his score is 239..... And when he went to print it, he was giving 199
So saddening

Last year when I did jamb. The message I received was that I scored 213 but a week later I received another message that my score is 267.....I don't believe jamb is giving candidates mark.....I think the problem may come from glitch es in their system

she's right...they are adding random 40marks for some students...
