the extension doesn't make sense, just wondering how "a score" that couldn't get a candidate admission in a particular year eventually does otherwise when there would be MORE candidates (increased competition for admission) and possibly better scores.

making it cheaper is enough to encourage candidate's desire to rewrite the exams.
