I just heard it from Wazobia fm now. heard the fight is between hausas and yorubas. Hausa ploicemen who were deployed there, instead of brokering peace, fought for the hausas
.
I thought the hausas and yorubas are now political allies.
There's no neutrality in the Nigerian Armed forces. The same reason they're quick to kill unarmed Biafrans. Hatred everywhere! The Zoo Must Fall!

And you were not here when these same people on nairaland were egging the Nigerian military on in slaughtering innocent protesters in igboland, asking for their human rights.
I can show you threads where many of them have asked for the annihilation of the igbo ethnic group, with many of these people insulting amnesty international when they manage to speak up.
Well,Violence has a way of coming back full cycle.
And Nigeria is a country of savages. I have learnt to expect anything and not be surprised.

Only a spiritually deficient person pays evil with evil.
The Bible says "If we love those who love us and hate those that hate us, what then makes us Children of God?"
They called for the annihilation of the Igbos but by his grace, udo ka na achi n'ndu anyi.
It is not him that runneth nor him that willeth, it's God that showeth Mercy.

All Nigeria youth are marginalized by the government, be you Hausa, Ibo or Yoruba, we now turn the annoyance to ourselves.

The hate in this ig_o tribe is what has relegated you people a major tribe to the back seat in the political terrain in Nigeria. how can a people be rejoicing about the news of their fellow humans let alone fellow citizen. Yorubas host you yet your hate for them is unbeleivable. This hate will ultimately consume you guys that if it has not already. Thats why hausas kill you guys like chickens.
i totally condemn this ethnic crisis in mile 12. but if you want to know the reason for the HATE you complain about, go any of the past thread where unarmed IPOB protesters were killed and see how some of ur kinsmen were rejoicing and celebrating the killings.
peace.

When oil soils one finger, soon other fingers would get soiled too. If trouble breaks out in as far as Australia and we are undifferent about it, its just a matter of time before it gets to Africa.

I am igbo, but it pains me to the heart as to why other tribes would kill themselves. If i had a magic wand to wish all these problems away, i wouldnt hesitate to do so despite having no affiliations with any of the quarrelling parties.

If we can adopt empathic measures towards other people's problem, it wont be long belong before we will have more peace than fightings

I feel you. This is what happens when you rejoice over the doom of others. We need to be sensitive to the plight of others.
When Fulani herdsmen were destroying Agatu community, the press were silent about it. When you condemn the actions, they will call you IPOB and wailing wailer. Tribalism has beclouded peoples thinking. Now this issue with Ese, some people are saying it's just lies. Ok.

Lol. I just laugh at some village ipod youths celebrating the riot. I hope you don't change mouth when you hear that some the people killed are igbos and some of the shop burnt are that rented by igbos.

You might just be celebrating the death of your brothers o. Meanwhile, FG must do something about these agbero boys. They are useless and a threat to the peace of lagos state. Ambode won't do anything because they are his boys. FG should begin to arrest agberos and force them to work in the farms.

There is an incident on ground and not mere "wishing bad for fellow man." Did Igbos wish cause the fight? When did reporting a situation from neutral position become something to be ashamed?

If Yoruba and Hausa are fighting, and it becomes something to use and ridicule them, isn't it an opportunity for them to look at themselves and understand that a crack in the wall would permit lizards into the house?

This should not be a cause for celebration. If shyt hits the fan, members of other tribes would be affected, including Igbos. It has always been the case; in riots, the innocent are mostly the victims. And, yes, I'm Igbo.

We are hospitable people and do not encourage shedding of blood in any form. Be it Hausa, Igbo or Yoruba, we are all Nigerians and our blood is SACRED.

Where did you see anybody encouraging the shedding of blood? People are making comments on what the reaction would have been if the Igbos had been involved in the fight.

I am not rejoicing that Yorubas and Hausas are fighting.

I am rejoicing because Igbos are not fighting
