Health tips:pls those that newly gave birth,if you hav 12 bras,please get additional 13,because breastmilk milk easily soaks the bra and gives it a foul smell.imagine when yu are usin public transport,and your baby needs to suck,and yur bra z soak with breastmilk,its def gonna smell,i bet you wont want that horrible stench n stares from people (2)please always press n tie your belly,after sit bathin with hot/mild/warm water to avoid big belly,and please learn to sit down with both legs close,lest air penetrate into your virginal,and you'll start fartin(messing) dangerously(3)always wash your breast(s) before feedin your baby,its very important(4)not everybody you must giv yur baby to carry for you(5)for those keeping mighty george bush,pls shave it off(6)vigilante z very real,you must xperience it,but learn to take each day,as it comes,please adhere to these rules,for our own safety.make God guide and protect our Lo(s) for us.happy kpekusin in advance(lolz)

The doctor said I should ignore it o. The 2nd scan corresponded with my LMP so he told me to stick to that. My September mamas, make I no just port like that, abeg make una use this crate of chilled pure heaven cool body, the drink sweet no be small! wink

0.5ml (dropper full) before each feed. If it's the very serious type you may give 2 dropper full.

If bolded is the case, then im definitely team September. I don't know my LMP and my first scan was around 6/7 weeks and that put me in August. I haven't done another scan since then but id see if my EDD moves back to September.

Yeah, breast pads help. If you can get the Lansinoh brand, they are even better than Tommie tippee, I didn't buy mine on konga but I know some sellers have for sale. Used them when I was breastfeeding my daughter, going out without breastpads was like telling the world 'hey come and see leaky boobs', especially the first three months Lol.

They also av reusable and washable ones. Av u tot of the breast milk stain gettin to ur cloth and embarrassing you in public? Avin numerous bras does not solve dat problem. Again, there's no issue of wastage. It's lik sayin use of diaper is a waste.

There are washable ones too, very easy to wash.
