Is it by force to be an employer? If you are not making profit, why dont you close shop?

-Did you not employ the man?
-Was there not an agreement that he would do A,B,C... while you pay him X-Amount?
-If he did not fulfil his part of the employment contract, is owing him his pay part of the solution? Why not sack him?
-You talk about being ineffective..... is it not your silly self that did not define his job properly (since you dont even know how to do that!)

The fact that there are thousands of unemployed people out there, does that mean you have to take advantage of them and treat them like you are doing them a favour, for working for you (creating wealth for you while you live large!)

People like you should be locked up for abusing your employee! You are so foul-mouthed.
Pay the man first, sack him after, if you dont need his services any more,.... there are better and more rational employers out there.

I urge that Employee to make your Name and Company identity PUBLIC, if you continue to harass him when (and if) you return on Tuesday.

BTW: How are you sure you will even return from that your trip or are you God?
Or are you better than the Minister for Labour and Productivity who lost his life, that of his wife and first son, TODAY-TODAY?
