Pls registration for my course ends on 11th April. I applied for visa on 4th March? Do u think my Visa would come out before 11th? And if it doesn't what can be done?

Just apply...for masters most schools require an above average bachelor degree relevant to ur propose MSc. I know of someone that got admission in a German public University with cgpa of 2.84......

go to ur bank n request for form A,gv urself at least 3weeks,the transaction will be done for you,
cbn hsnt plced any ban on student fees payment xo dnt worry abt that.
