There was fuel scarcity 2wice in the 6 years of the last administration... January 2012 then March 2015. . every other incident didn't last beyond 3 days due to tanker drivers strike or late delivery of PMS.

For over 3 months it's been terrible not to count last year September October crisis.

Please when you want to lie, look into the mirror and talk to yourself.
