Pls don't let us conclude that she is careless with the certificate because we cud never tell hw she lost it. Kudos to the founder of the certificate.

That is why I'm always against people smelling their names funnily on Facebook, Facebook will have been a sure way to contact her if 1. She is on Facebook 2. She spell her names like someone that Kno the reason while Mark Zuckerberg created Facebook.

one of the many reasons to always use your real name on social medias like facebook, a quick search of her name on Facebook shows there are alot of people with that name if only NYSC could include the name of the school...
OP she might not know about Nairaland... i hope someone who knows her does...

served in Ekiti State and graduated from CEP (whatever that stands for).

u cant find d person here, my advice is, if there is any television authority near u, u should go there and report it, they would help broadcast it if that cert is very important, and other media will copy the news too till it gets to the notice of the owner.. me am not yet a graduate, so i dont know the importance of that cert yet.
