Seems it's even $850 distributed across a combination of ATM (150), POS (350) and online(350).

Meanwhile, there hasn't been any movement of the exchange rate in a while...even 280/$ is not friendly sad

So annoying for those that receive though, someone misunderstood me and thought he could sell it to me. I told him not possible but as uninformed as he is telling me it's possible, i don't wanna do too know so nai make me come ask una ooo.. Thanks.

yeah, atleast the black market is a bit stable, interbank rates will come down hopefully

No magic there cos Western union to Nigeria has been programmed to convert automatically to naira therefore you will receive exact payment the sender tell u (in naira) not foreign currency.

No magic there cos Western union to Nigeria has been programmed to convert automatically to naira therefore you will receive exact payment the sender tell u (in naira) not foreign currency.

Actually before it was possible jor, all this receiving in naira thing started when they started hoarding dollar.

i am a regular sender since 2013 and I can tell u those banks will never pay you in dollars even before this dollar palava. but i don't know if its happening before 2013.

Hello everyone. Please, those who use First bank should let me know if First Bank charges them MONTHLY FEE and ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE CHARGE separately. I'm yet to know the difference between the two. They charged me #100 for MONTHLY FEE and #73 for ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE CHARGE.

This evening, GTB also charged me #50 stamp duty on transfer from my Savings account to Current account, I've made a complaint about this though

self transfer does not involve N50 stamp. As for first bank, it will be reversed once you send a mail and copy cbn

When exactly? Cos just last week, I tried sending $350 from my paypal and it bounced, then I tried $150 cos I remember a staff told me it had been reduced to $150, that I sef bounced, then I tried $100, $96, $95 all to no avail! So I tried $80 na dat 1come go. Lol

So when and which magic una dey us abeg. Abi no be paypal to paypal? How is paypal to paypal categorized? Is that not online?

well actually it is very possible to collect your money in dollars before,but they stoppped it some years ago and that is why you can no longer collect dollars at the bacnk,they will pay you in naira......
