Armed Robbers attacks UBA Bank branch last
night, According
to reports gathered, The Robbers attacked the
bank in the early
hours (12:00AM) from the River routes.
The entered the police station with arms and locked up the police men
present there and released those that are in the cell in order to distract the
attention of the police officers so an eye witness told PRIMEBRAINS MEDIA
A lot of damages were Done to the Bank facilities. The used dynamite to
destroy the ATM and succeeded but they were unable to enter the strong
room (safe).
At the process of the shootings one person was injured via a flying bullet
and was rushed to Niger delta university teaching hospital Okolobiri Bayelsa
state.
According to a correspondent the sum of #3,000,000 was stolen at the
operation.
