Calabar - The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared Etung Williams of the PDP winner of the March 12 re-run poll in Yakurr 11 constituency in Cross River.

A statement by Dame Gesila Khan, the Resident Electoral Commissioner, in Calabar on Sunday said that Williams polled 4 380 votes to prevail over two other candidates in the poll.

Khan said that the APC candidate, Mr Bassey Inah, scored 3 670 votes while Eno Inah of the Labour Party also polled 2 180 votes.

Receive sense! How can Mr president hit the ground running without a budget? Your fellow looters in the national assembly are holding the budget to create an impression that PMB's government is a failure. I blame the over ambitious Saraki for this.
