AT 37 WEEKS
Hair: Your baby may have a full head of hair by now, with locks up to 1 1/2 inches long. Of course, some babies sport only peach fuzz at birth.
Skin: Your baby is shedding most of her downy body hair as well as some of the vernix caseosa, the creamy substance that protects her skin
Uterus: You may be having more Braxton Hicks contractions now, and they may last longer and be more uncomfortable.
Vagina: You might notice an increase in mucus discharge from your vagina. If you see some "bloody show" (mucus tinged with a tiny bit of blood), labor is probably right around the corner.

AT 36 WEEKS
Head: Your baby is probably in a head-down position by now, which is optimal for a smooth delivery, and the head may be dropping lower into your pelvis.
Uterus: Your Braxton Hicks contractions may be a little more frequent now.

AT 35 WEEKS
Amniotic fluid: The amount of amniotic fluid surrounding your baby has peaked and will start to diminish now.
Fat: Your baby will spend the next few weeks putting on weight at the rate of about an ounce a day.
Uterus: Your uterus has expanded to about 15 times its original volume and is poking up under your ribs.

AT 34 WEEKS
Fat: Your baby's layers of fat are filling out. She'll need them to regulate her body temperature once she's born.
Lungs: Your baby's lungs are well developed now. About 99 percent of babies born at this stage can survive outside the womb, and most have no major long-term problems.

We are really in the same board, I am allergic to almost everything, and now I have only found solace in Nivea products because of odor, vomiting and nausea is the order of the day.

But it will end in praise, just cant wait for Lo to arrive, then all will be forgotten but mommy will be hanging boot for half a decade or so, I need time to heal. :DAmen to that sister, that is the spirit, it just helps to know that we are not alone. Some people where I come from will look at you and call you all sorts of names.

I remember after my bfp, I couldn't do much, was always nauseous and low blood had me at a corner and I had to go for an upaid leave, the deputy asked why couldn't they just sack me as I had just started working there blah blah. She told me one of the teachers who has just returned from maternity leave worked until the day her water broke. At that moment, I was feeling so sick I just ran out of the office to the ladies, I stayed there till I had emptied everything in me and feeling dizzy, when hubby saw me, he ended the meeting abruptly and took me home. Few days later he told me he had signed my resignation letter when I was in the toilet, the one I knew nothing about. It was a trying time for me but he told me he couldn't take the woman's nasty comments and want what is best for his child. Sorry for the epistle o, but our children nomatter how trying this season of pregnancy may be, means more than anything in the world to us. I thank God for this gift, he/she is our first priority.

@ Mitchy, please don't punish me, I don't have that patience anymore to finish anything I have started. I always get bored halfway, or something will distract me and that would be it, but will try and stay focused, my baby is always on my mind, I have even abandoned my writing, as in I don't have hobbies anymore. Thanks for the info on pgp, I've been doing some exercises and trying to follow everything they say I should do but it just does not want to let me be.

Sometimes, na leg and back pain go hold me, another time, na down there go dey hard as if something wan fall. I dey hold chairman for kpekusing but e no get my time. I don walk tire, chop pineapple so tey... How I wish I fit know which time e go be, I dey on look out for sign of real labour. I don tire to carry belle o, make lo make grand entrance fast abeg

am 35w3days according to lmp Bt scan today said 38w ND baby weighing 3.3kg.placental ND position very okay Bt issue is am scared of having a big baby oh pls wat kind of diet ND exercise can I engage in to keep d weight nt exceeding atmost 3.7.help oh.

As for the list ee, thread is so superb. I got my list here and the one my friend to me is what I used to do shopping.

I asked for list from my hospital when I was 24weeks and he told me not yet. I just dey look them. I will have to fire them soon cos till date no list has been handed over to me.

I see so many short comings that I just can't imagine such a clinic could do such.

They don't do health talk and no hospital list.

All we do it watch TV and wait for dr in a cool calm environment, na wetin we go chop be that? I go to a govt hosp, and lucky to be here, what of those that only use them? Meaning they might not know some basic things they should know.

It was a colleague who told me I am not supposed to scratch my tommy during pregnancy to avoid stretch mark, I was like why? And she said we're you not told in your health class? I dey look like dummy. a guy confirmed it and another colleague same. Hmmm.

As for what people are saying, no woman body and pregnancy is same. Let them say.

Some when it's their turn they do worst things. A guy told me am lazy and I replied him what I do his wife can't try half of it. She is an house wife and he comes to the office and buy egg roll to eat in the morning, and for lunch he eats rice and beans, that is his food Monday to Friday, no changes. Told him with my condition I still cook in the morning and bring to the office, but his wife can't try it ones for him.

Omo that weight matter na wahala for me oo. Used to weigh between 63-65kg before pregnancy but at the last antenatal which was 3weeks ago I weighed 76kg. Ontop all this my more beans less rice. I don't know what I will weigh next. God dey....

For the back pains, I hope you don't sleep on your back oo, just left side and when tired switch briefly to right side and return to left again.
Try seating on seats with back rest when ever possible. Sorry for the pains. It is well.
