When these guys post lies, it puts me off. He's busy posting pictures of his "LA Home" & "$50k time piece" meanwhile he's yet to renew his 2016 rental on the property he lives in Lekki Phase 1 (dude is claiming the property is his own).

He's owing my friend; the Landlord N6Million & the property manager has served him quit notice already.

I'm not a hater, I love Wizkid's jams esp Baba Nla (his debut album is still the bomb for me) but he needs to get his mind right, acquire an affordable property not necessarily in Lekki Phase 1 or Ikoyi & stop owing/ paying rent.

All I see is publicity stunt. More so when the report said "it appears wizkid has purchased...".

Won't be surprised if the come here to deny this story.

By the way, are these people, wizkid, Linda and Co, paying personal income tax? I think the FIRS needs to pay them a visit. Neymar and Messi were recently ducked for failing to file their tax returns. This is also a very big issue in the US of A, I mean failure to file tax returns.

real estate gurus? you probarbly thinks it's some thing special and extra ordinary they are just people selling houses and making %10 or %20 commisions in order to make huge commision they can sell you a dillapidated proberty have you ever heard the term never trust an estate agent?

There is a united states law that states that anyone who invests 1 million dollar or more in the US economy automatically becomes a citizen.So I think I know why he bought it.

Yes if you invest $500,000 or more, you get a greencard. It's called EB5 visa. But that's if the house is worth that much and if he paid cash for the full amount and not mortgage.

Abeg , that house is nowhere near $5m, watch Hollywood listings on E and see beautiful big houses selling way below that price. By the way, how come none if you guys have berated him about spending his money when he is yet to marry, about money not buying happiness and how he is not giving back to the society?
