Ecoterrorist:Ipob DSS agent, how come you missed this when wasting your life sleeping and waking on Nairaland looking for who to take on online when you are just a whimp in real life We elected a 1985 president who believes the country can only survive by running after foreign investors no matter how suspicious whatever pact signed is. I have not been surprised by his traveling about. This is how he believed it is done in in the 80's, and this is how he still believes it should be done now and his gullible supporters like i once was will tell you 'he's strengthening international relations' 11 months after coming to power. I only regretted supporting the man as it was a choice of the devil and the deep deep blue sea. Turns out we elected a major disaster and a potential catastrophe. It won't be long before we hear that Nigeria has been sold to the highest bidder. |

ChokolateBoss:You appear a lot incorrigible, except that you last 2 statements saved the day. I said my statement was overboard, so which figures of speech are you talking about? Disobey of court orders have been worse in this administration, and any objective person will agree with it. Since the beginning of this administration, we have been inundated with cases of the FG or it's agencies vehemently refusing to obey court orders. It's now left for you to show us that these things have been since time immemorial. You talked about Dasuki, Metuh, Kanu etc. My dear, a court order is a court order. The presidency can't choose which ones to obey and disobey. It breeds illegality, and thus is corruption in itself. If the Judiciary now becomes an appendage of the Executive, how effective do you think the Justice system will be? @bold: Go back and read the first question you asked me, and tell me if my response didn't deal appropriately with the original question. |

ChokolateBoss:even though I might not like to say this, but this ur lamenting outburst is that of a zombie. buhari disobeys court orders, why won't other institution follow the line of the president. they where charged to court and summoned why haven't they appeared, cause their oga at the top ur god, disobeys the court. u are an illiterate so the President has to order them to do evil before they do, just as u guys put it they are following the illiterates body language. for ur information i can decide to like who I want, its my decision and choice. and the facts remains that buhari is an illiterate sadist, only a myopic personality like u would lick his ass. for jobless I am comfortable and fine not gullible like u hungry lots who voted to collect 5k.. ZOMBIE. |

... but why did he refuse to release the information to the DSS concerning the 22 medical expatriates lodged in his Hotel? DSS need to be more professional in discharging their duties. |

Kennydoc:I appear incorrigible? Smh! Kennydoc:I just tire for u. U're d one who said I took ur statement overboard. And I told u I didn't, that I responded exactly to what u said. Or was this not what u said? Kennydoc:Taken overboard by who? Definitely not me. U're d one who made a wrong assertion and changed stance when told to prove it. Kennydoc:Which u have not still proved. Haba! Why is it so hard? Since u've changed stance to "this admin disobeys court orders more than d previous ones", then provide a catalogue of those flouted orders which according to u, set a precedence for d erring dss operatives to not appear in court. Kennydoc:U just admitted u exaggerated ur point and u're still telling me to prove to u again that court orders were flouted b4 dis regime. What is wrong with u pple nii? Kennydoc:Has d presidency/buhari declared categorically that d erring operatives shud not appear in court? I gave u examples of Dasuki et al to jog ur memory since they're d prominent court cases we've been hearing of. At best, what u've been doing is making strawman arguments. In ur next post, I want u to list those 'flagrantly' disobeyed court orders and stop beating around d bush.. Dazall! U said we've been inundated with numerous instances frm d start of dis admin abi? Good. List dem |

ChokolateBoss:You can't be asking for the Court orders disobeyed by Buhari, cos you know them. You were not born this month, so you've been following the events around the presidency, especially with regards to the arms deal prosecutions. http://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/top-news/196078-online-petition-asking-buhari-to-resign-gathers-momentum.html Now tell me how many past Presidents have had petitions against them to resign as a result of disobedience to Court orders. Even the respected Falana had this to say http://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/headlines/196564-falana-to-buhari-obey-the-courts-release-dasuki-nnamdi-kanu-immediately.html No other administration since 1999 has had this kind of dust raised as a result of disobey of court orders, as much as I can remember. You can remind me though. |

Kennydoc:Yes i can ask u. because d so-called events around d presidency are 99% social media brouhaha with no legal substance. Thanks to d internet plus cheap data/free cheats everywhere, pple can come online to post whatever they like. But ask them to prove their claims, they either start insulting u or beat around d bush. Kennydoc:Lol. This is very funny. How does an insignificant online petition by a group of anti-Buharians translate to proof of anything? When did phones/internet/data become as widespread as we have it today? Why didn't u also give me d link to d online petition which countered d one above (and I must add, it had far more votes). Or u didn't know of it? Anyway, that's besides d point. In d link u gave me, this was Falana's opening statement: "For 16 years that the Peoples Democratic Party was in power, the federal government exhibited total contempt for the Rule of Law. The Constitution and other laws were breached with impunity while court orders were disobeyed on a regular basis." Did u skip that part? Huh? Thank u very much for d links tho I've already seen Falana's part b4 now. As much as I respect Falana, he's not infallible and obviously he didn't get all his facts right b4 he issued his statement; even though d reasoning behind his statement is very sound. Now lemme tackle ur two instances head-on. DASUKI: ChokolateBoss:So abeg tell me, which court order was disobeyed? The judges expressly stated that their court orders were not disobeyed and gave a go-ahead for his continued detention and trial. Shikena! Or u want to tell me d court judges disobeyed their own order? KANU: ChokolateBoss:So my friend, I ask u again, which court orders were disobeyed? The previous charges were dropped and fresh ones filed against him and a high court judge ruled that he should be locked up pending trial. I hope u've heard it now from d Judge's own mouth Kennydoc:A baseless claim which u still can't prove. Pls what dust are u talking about? Is it dust raised by ignorant hate-filled wailers and IPOB youths on NL or twitter? Cos within d judiciary, there's no dust raised since everything done till now is by d order of d court judges. Pls give me more examples of Buhari/FG 'flagrantly disobeying court orders'. I was expecting u to give me a litany of dem but was surprised to see only two cases. Just two ![]() |

Kennydoc:R u sure u even read d article u posted 4 me? Obasanjo/FG blatantly flouted d supreme court order given by 7 Justices of d supreme court in d case btw Lagos State and d FG over d FG seizing Lagos L.G.A council allowances. It was Yar'Adua years later, who complied with d court's instructns This was referred to by Falana in d link u gave me. Details of d case are in nigeria-law.org or just google it sef Both houses of d NA actually started an impeachment process on Obj over constitutional breaches and disobedience of court judgments. Perhaps u didn't follow d brouhaha dat shook both chambers as at d time. Its All Here Now that's an example of 'dust' being raised my friend, not d 'dust' of wailers n IPOB jingos on social media. And as ex-president under GEJ's regime, A High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) in Wuse Zone 2, Abuja, has held former President Olusegun Obasanjo in contempt of court for flouting orders restraining him from among others, publishing his autobiography – “My Watch.” More details And during GEJ's tenure, 2 federal high court judges and 1 appeal court judge ruled against deployment of soldiers to polling units during elections. What the courts said: Justice Aikawa restrained the President and INEC “from engaging the service of the Nigerian Armed Forces in the security supervision of elections in any manner whatsoever in any part of Nigeria, without an Act of the National Assembly.” Justice Abdul Aboki, in his lead judgment in the Ekiti State Governorship Election appeal delivered on February 16, held that “even the President of Nigeria has no powers to call on the Nigerian Armed Forces and to unleash them on peaceful citizens, who are exercising their franchise to elect their leaders. “Whoever unleashed soldiers on Ekiti State disturbed the peace of the election on June 21, 2014; acted in flagrant breach of the Constitution and flouted the provisions of the Electoral Act, which required an enabling environment by civil authorities in the conduct of elections.” Source Also, Justice Ibrahim Buba of the Federal High Court in Lagos held that the practice of deploying troops of the Nigerian Armed Forces in the conduct of elections when there is no uprising is “anti-democratic” and not in tandem with civil rule and constitutional democracy. Source After blatant disregard for d rule of law during d Ekiti elections by using soldiers, GEJ/FG still further disobeyed d court's judgment because soldiers were used in presidential elections and we had reports of wanton harassment n intimidation carried out by soldiers on perceived enemies at d polls. Did d DSS under GEJ not also unlawfully arrest, detain and harass SLS? After d high court judgment that d FG should pay N50m in damages as well as offer a public apology, was it carried out? Remind me if it was. Source DSS said back then they'll appeal d judgment, what has come of it today? Where's d appeal court judgment? GEJ also disobeyed the court judgment ordering reinstatement of suspended President, Court of Appeal, Hon. Justice Ayo Salami |

Kennydoc:Given examples (proved) Court order disobedience did nt start with dis regime (proved) FG did not disobey court orders on Nnamdi n Dasuki, according to d court judges themselves (proved) Ur claims are baseless (proved) |
