1. Completed Application Form for Korean Language Course
2. Study Plan (written in Korean or English)
3. A Copy of a passport and Alien Registration card (if you have)
4. Bank Statement showing at least USD5,000.00
5. 3 passport photos (3.5 x 4.5cm)
6. The academic certificate(Appostilled)/ transcript of final degree from current school
(should be notarized original document & translated in English )
7. Sponsor’s Certificate of Employment/Tax payment
8. Copy of Full Birth Certificate

※ All the original documents should be sent via airmail. (refer to the exact address written in the end of the program overview)
※ All submitted documents will not be returned to the applicant.
※ Additional documents may be required for some applicants.

9. Proof evidence of current employment and career (only for those applicable)

[Admission Procedure]
1. Students submit applications and required documents for admission to the university, and deposit the application fees (only for Language Trainings visa applicants)
2. The university will review the documents, make admissions decisions, and announce the results by mail.
3. Students pay the tuition.
4. After confirmation of students' registration, the university will send the college acceptance letters to the students.
5. Students can apply for a visa with the college acceptance letters in the Korean Embassy.
6. Enter Korea and begin Korean Language Courses








Got this today from a school am applying for in Korea but am not too clear on some certain stuffs here and I will like it if u guys could shed more light to this.

No 6 which states that my academics certificates should be legalized and my transcript should be notarized. does that mean my transcript shouldn't be legalized only my certificates and my school cert?

'All documents will not be returned'..... Does this mean if u are not being given admission,all it original documents u mailed to them won't be returned.?

please help shed more light to this acadollar and the rest... thanks

Legalize your certificates and notarize your transcripts.

I suggest you legalize and notarize both .

You are not to submit your main original documents issued from your school, however you are to submit the original legalized and notarized copy.
Hope you understand it?

the number four states you shd present bank statement of 5000 dollars as part of the requirements before they can offer you admission?am i right?

From what i have gathered from this house and other research, u must have a good amount og money in your account, you must have a business register name, you must be able to convince the consular officer that u are not going there to elope. Which means u must have a good tie to your country.

South Korean business visa is issued for a limited time frame of business travel to conduct business activities such as consulting with company associates, participate in an academic, professional, scientific or business conference or conference, negotiate an estate or settle a contract with a South Korean organisation.
A business visa stamp or sticker endorsed by a South Korean visa official on your passport that enables you to visit South Korea to execute business pursuits.
Business visa for South Korea are usually granted by the South Korean consulate in Abuja or in the closest city to your usual residential address. Whenever applying for a South Korean business visa, you’ll be expected to explain the reasons for visiting South Korea.



General South Korean business visa information for residents of Nigeria
Fully completed visa application form for South Korea and required declaration
Passport size photographs
Valid national passport and one copy
Original of valid visa when you are national of another country and one copy
Your most recent bank statement and one copy
Confirmation letter from your travel insurance for South Korea stating the insurance coverage and one copy
Business references (letter from your company, invite from company or institution in South Korea)
Proof of group travel/ accommodation reservation in South Korea / flight ticket reservation for South Korea and one copy
Visa fees for South Korean visa

1. You need a business invitation with guarantee letter from a Korean company.

2. You take your documents along with the documents that the embassy listed on their webpage and then apply for visa.
