Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi was spotted earlier today at a public restaurant (JOVIT fast food) located just before the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT), Rivers state. The former governor is in the state ahead of the March 19th rerun election -with the hope of the All Progressives Party (APC) clinching victory...
