It is possible that most of the people from the North has "NEPA" bills as certificates, so you cannot possibly employ such people in a place like CBN, even though Buhari got such waive. Remember that Zamfara, Yobe among other Northern states are scoring 2 and 4 in order to gain admission in the Federal schools whereas states like Anambra and Delta had to score as high as 39 and 38 respectively to attend the same school. The possibility that there is dearth of qualified candidates from the North cannot be ruled out. Remember also that what you need to be qualified is Western education and not Arabic or Quaranic education.

Correct what you wrote,Anambra needs 139. yobe needs 6....

Why expose them when nothing could be done to correct the abnormalities. The entire system not just CBN is infected with nepotism as the federal continues to marginalize the south-east. Federal character commission won't see this one. They keep on saying no job whereas everyday people enter through the backdoor.

apart from their elites and scant but educated middle class, how many core northerners embrace non Islamic education and pursue western to its topmost achievable peaks? you need to answer this questions before you can accept that in a merit based system, few to none of the beneficiaries would be from the NW & NE and that the few that got chosen might be blatant cases of man know man and nepotism, feel free to prove me wrong.

If you support it that those who do evil in Nigeria should not be exposed but covered, those who will not allow vacancies to be advertised for true interview to be conducted and selecting and appointing those who quality according to the agreed upon quotas, but will go secrecy and put only their children and family members, practicing gross corruption, if you are saying that such should not be exposed and blacklisted and punish, then you yourself is wicked and you are also part of the problems of Nigeria, may be you don't do it directly but in your heart, thoughts and words, that means if you too have opportunity to be a leader you will do more damage than them. The one who betray trust and do wickedness deserves no mercy and pity. Those who are in government offices and the leaders in Nigeria I mean most of them are destroying the nation and you may be outside the offices and leadership are supporting them, which mean you are both destroying the country.
