Nigerian Women go there for pilgrimages every year and yet they can never get the Saudi Passport. Is it a good policy of a good govt?

Honestly speaking, it annoys me that it easier for a Naija woman to get British Passport, than Saudi Passport, upon all the forex we spend on Hajj. Is that not slavery? Our women should be getting citizenship benefits from the forex we spend there.
