The picture below is the internet speed of Romania and the subscription fee for a month is under #2500, the telecommunication companies in Nigeria should learn from the network providers of that country, i can be my left balls that lalasticlala's internet speed can't reach 0.01% of this.

IPNX is a Fibre Optic Service and the speed is real, downloading with torrent goes as high as 2.6 Mb/s
